Conflict Resolution Strategies (Charlotte). All too often family members believe it’s their mission in life to avoid conflict. However, a certain amount of conflict is healthy in a family enterprise, especially when it comes from strongly held beliefs and perspectives. The challenge is to understand the causes and effects of conflict in your family business, openly address those challenges and make changes to mitigate risk and accelerate growth.

And, that is where David Karofsky comes in! David will help attendees establish processes for effective conflict resolution, resulting in a clear family Code of Conduct. This interactive workshop will include breakout sessions by the senior and younger generation as you explore the top causes of conflict in your family business and how to best address them enabling you to drive your business forward.
